Thanks hun :) I do miss this place when I'm away. I thought once I had child free mornings I'd have all the time in the world to keep up.... The thing is, now I have to do enough housework/shopping/organising to make it look like I haven't been sat on the computer all morning ;)
Today I've got some essentials from Ts, tidied and make flapjacks and shortbread. Should be sufficient :D I'm off out this afternoon visiting my friend and her new twins so though I ought to take her some sustenance.

I'm so surprised that these women who I considered to be intelligent are falling for this thing. I read this morning that after 13 levels of the pyramid there need to be more people involved than the world population :rotfl:
I know what you mean and time gets eaten up, i dont have the energy to do much at all:eek: just had a shower hoping to feel more human:rotfl:
I thought these pyramid things had been stopped anyway? thats really going to work then isnt it?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am not aware of seeing an email address - they have an online help system which takes you through to an online form or phone number (when you complete the email form they tend to phone you back from my limited experience, but that wasn't about a refund).

Go to A.com website - top right Help, Groceries Online, Refunds then scroll down to Contact Us - options for email us, chat online with us and phone us.

Just be careful if you have been working with glitchy shops as they may taken an interest (but then if you have no other vouchers it won't present much of an issue as the worst that could happen is suspending your account). I know when I had a credit card refund it didn't happen for quite a few days (possibly a week?).

Was your order cancelled as out of stock?
