Sorry Llovelies - had a wee melt down on Sunday :o:o:o

Dad is still the same & I was meant to be going down for a few days today but he rang my DS & told us to come in a few weeks as he is snowed under with visitors & gets weary ...

So rather disappointed but have to respect my Dad's request

Trying to source another job which is not easy here unless you want to do care work ...

Bosses off to India for a few weeks so will have a breathing space :)

Off to meet some good friends now for a coffee & a 'put the world right' gossip :D

Also need to buy an arm chair as cats have taken over the 2 in front of TV & sofa is 10 feet away so makes uncomfortable TV viewing from a dining chair - Endured River (fabulous series) with a numb bum last night :rotfl::rotfl:

Respecting wishes can be hard sometimes. When my mother went into hospital for the last time she knew she was going in to die. She made me promise not to visit her (she knew she would look worse and worse), she also made me promise not to tell the family that I had promised. You can only imagine the trouble that caused, but I did as she asked. She only lasted a week, but it was a week of hell.

My advice, go and see him when you want to, even if it means only popping in for a few minutes. If I had my time over I would tell my mother to get stuffed and go and see her anyway, but I was a very awkward age (I was 20) and finding it difficult to assert myself.

Stay strong snap, enjoy your time with friends, putting the world to rights.

Your house sounds like mine with pets taking over the furniture, my dog seems to get the best seat in the house while we are perched on the end of the sofa :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all. Love having a Wednesday off. I've got a 50 quid apg to spend so maybe a c and c for 24 soups and crispy squares?

Anything that needs testing at sada I am happy to try.

    Happy glitching everyone :D
