Ah Zippy glad you are around, I am trying to pick offers for DD1 to use my waitrose conditional spend.

I have picked the part boned chicken breasts in the 3 for £10, it is right the 20% discount gets taken of before the multibuy? But please do you know how the conditional spends fit in before the 20%? TIA

yes youll get 20% discount from the full price. unfortunately ive never had a con spend good enough to tempt me. :( you also get the free paper from the full price. which is why i buy them on a saturday or sunday. (£10 spend)
locarr is the one lucky enough to keep getting £8 off £40 spend. perhaps he can tell you about con spends.

That's what I have been sent twice now, only ever used my card for a big shop once in Surrey and then got sent a set of conditional spends, gave them to DD1 but only in time for her to use one and then the week after I got sent another set and she was down last weekend so has gone back with them.

Thanks for your help. Hopefully Locarr might be around to shed some light.

It's odd how they work it though as Mr TS hasn't had any conditional spends for his card in months, his were different though a bigger spend with £10 off and he had never used his card before so he bought a nice bottle of whisky with some xmas money and few other whoopsies when we were in Surrey one weekend.

The 20% Pyo gets deducted from the full price before the multi buy kicks in. Some things work out really good value.

I'm not certain whether how the conditional spend works tho'. I've used several but always made sure my total is £40 after deductions. I went in last week, early Sat am but they didn't have the items I was going to buy so walked out empty handed.
I've being trying to suss it out & I looked at someone's receipt posted, possibly Zippy's, can't find it now, & I think it should work before deductions come off. I was going to compile 2 lists for Sat & ask at cs desk, they're always really helpful.

The cold snd flu tablets from A - shopped for these a couple of weeks ago and no longer compared - this was on a home delivery. Shame thought as I too agree they are very good, and was down to my last pack which prompted me to try again!

did not compare or came back n/a against all other shops.

asking because i wondered if they still come back as 1 of your 8 items

Well, further to my worried post this morning, I decided to risk it and collected my bubbly wine. Pleased to report all went well (got a couple of subs, but they were ok), and I was charged the rtc price in the end! :D Thanks so much to the OP, apg in and worked lovely bubbly
Apparently A have a new system when you shop online, they physically charge the full online amount, and then refund any overcharge later. Funny way of doing things, I reckon.

I have another little question. Whilst collecting I had a little stroll down the wine aisle, and the sel for the wine wasn't there. I'm assuming that's because I had the last few bottles in my order they must have removed the sel. My question is, if I place another order and there's no rtc sel, would they charge me the full online price for any possible subs etc?

Thanks in advance, you're all wonderful :A

No thank you sorry I missed it. :o

I think I had a recollection of it being mentioned but I guess I always think of Zippy as our Waities expert. ;)
