Oh, I've lost £6 before now.
Had a BM once for around that amount and actually lost it!:o:o:(
It does happen, just a learning experience I'm afraid. Put it down as a loss and move on. I've had far far more than £6 since in other ways!
I'm not sure if it's worse to lose a voucher completely (i.e. 'never' find it - I did search round and round, eventually gave up looking and then searched from time to time again just in case it turned up...sometimes these things do) or whether it's worse to lose a voucher but then to find it just a few days after its expiry date:(. This one never did turn up (and I hope it doesn't materialise now two or three years later:rotfl::mad::mad::o:().
I did give the Careline a ring just to try. (No harm in trying - freephone number.) But, as expected, to no avail (and no complaint about them).0 -
Thank you. Only £6 on £17 spend though, must be very sensitive (imagine the alarm bells if the A tills took this approach with APGs ...).

T allows a particular percentage of your spend, the S tills just don't like anything above £2.50 (or thereabouts)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
I think I deserve to lose my Elite badge - I thought about doing an APG but just went to Lidl for some hairspray instead
Still, reading about everybody else's shops make me feel as though I'm saving money :rotfl:0 -
