Msm is down for maintenance:(. So my shopping list for Avs S on there is not available at present (I do hope it comes back whenever the site comes back).

I found SP Eggs were also same price in Sains. - 70p (however they have been 55p in A before). EDIT: 15 pack may be a lot cheaper - vs £1.25 at S (same as T) - about 45p per 6. I found some new Quaker Crunchy 8(?) packs (two versions) at 50p in Sains:D and £2 in A (don't know if they would work - I hope they do).

I had KTC Lemon Juice (250ml) 3 for £1 as cheaper than A's own brand and N/A vs Sains.

SP Pork Pie (4) N/A vs Sains. and more than 10% cheaper than anywhere comparable in A.

Lol I'm doing it from memory:rotfl::rotfl:.

SP Mixed Veg (1kg) goes against Sains due to M not stocking.

Assuming SP Red Leicester and Cheddar (830g) are no longer comparable vs M, they're now potential filler vs S (should be N/A vs everywhere). They have gone down in price in A recently, although not to as much as 10% cheaper than M's previous comparable products that they may no longer have.

SP Mixed Maize Snacks 59p vs N/A everywhere, including Sains. M no longer stocks - hasn't done so for ages so no 10% available. However, you may be better buying something cheaper, even if it compares vs more expensive at Sains (e.g. Water 20p Sains.) as, although loses compared to elsewhere, it's still cheaper than 59p.

SP Cheese Slices 42p vs N/A Sains (and everywhere).

    I had 36 items:rotfl:.

SP Wrapping Film vs N/A Sains. due to Morries price increase making A more than 10% cheaper.

    SP Cooked Ham (400g) £1.49 vs £1.50 S.

SP something or other else - actually not that much. I'll try to retrieve the full list later - believe me, it's not that 'good' as it's just about the Quaker products that are good for S. So many brands these days that I just never go for as always works out more expensive than my very very low guide prices these days!:D:rotfl::rotfl:

EDIT: Plus of course the ones I have already mentioned earlier: SP Cornflakes, SP Greek Salad Cheese, SP Clear Mints 250g:naughty:, SP Stuffing, SP Peach Slices, also the SP Grapefruit tins I think also are same price in A, S and T (don't quote me on this one). Another of the SP fruit tins too - possibly Pineapple. All vs Sains (of all places:D:D:rotfl:)! Yes I know - absolutely shocking! (Shocking that I should remember so much as well:eek::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.)

Alright, for now, goodnight!:wave: It's my favourite night of the year as well - night the clocks go back! As people may know, I'm more a night owl than an early lark, so I like as much night as I can get:D:cool:!:rotfl::A:wave:

I was bit tired earlier, I kept up anyway, but I'm alright now. It doesn't seem to be as late as what I thought it was:rotfl:.

But I didn't post my previous post at 1.58am!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It was 12.58am BST:p:laugh:.

EDIT: And this post isn't at 2.07am either!:mad: It was 1.07am (again:( - fed up of this one o'clock business twice:rotfl:)!

So, right, put your clocks forward!!:wall: Or not change them at all - change everything in the past, that happened before the change, instead.
(Only MSE forums can mess it again:rotfl:. They've actually, at the time of writing, put forward everything before 1am GMT, thus putting it at a wrong time now one hour later than it actually was, and failed to change everything afterwards so that it is now at an incorrect time and is also one hour later than what it should be.)

Everything I posted between 11pm and before midnight is now saying I posted it today when I did not!(:rotfl:)

Actually, don't follow my advice there (about putting your clocks forward) - put them back! (If you've not done, and they haven't done so themselves.) Otherwise, you'll be waiting ages for everything!

Alright, I popped in. Popping out again now:rotfl:. Normally more people here this time of the year? Goodbye for now!

Oh, my own wall clock hasn't reset (as seems usual:( - I thought it stopped for an hour but it doesn't) so, after half an hour of it being fast, I've taken out the battery and gone to get it to reset itself. :eek:It's running about a second slow - I have the UK time, from an American source, on my computer and the time on my wall clock - and the wall clock is a clear near 1 second slow, according to the second hands (and minutes are still rushing around trying to find the right minute)! Of course it matters a great deal to me:rotfl: - there's only one time, they can't be both right!

Oh... the wall clock has finally settled on the 'time', nearly a second slow... but it's now "realised" that it's wrong and gone back to the top of the hour (at the four o'clock one of the start-point hours) to try to find the time signal again:rotfl::rotfl:. So, I'm stuck on 4am on the wall at the moment!:(:rotfl: [This post posted.]

EDIT: Hooray:j - MSE is now the right time! (How did it do that, in the middle of the night - has some engineer come in to put it right?) But...everything before the clock change is now an hour later than what it actually was!:rotfl::(:rotfl::rotfl:

Okay, enough of my twice-yearly clock-time adventures - see you at whatever time I come back here! Bye:rotfl::wave:. (ANOTHER EDIT: About a minute later: Still stuck, partially, at 4am:laugh:.) Er...Savvy, wait till 4am and then try to set your clock. No, it will go forward to 8am then! I've not waited though, and now I am on 8am:rotfl:. I might get there in the end (after an hour of faffing around probably:rotfl:, would have been better just to have stopped the clock!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) I hope I don't have to try it again...it will go to 12 o'clock then, and then, boringly, just go a couple of hours to the correct time:(:( (I want the clock to be going round and round, in search of the time, a bit more than that:p:rotfl:).

TBG - possible fillers (costing a total of £12.10:eek:, excluding the cost of whoopsies) that are believed to be good value on T's price.

    Fruit & Vegetables

Tesco Rubens Apples (6 per pack - 670g)69p
T Satsumas (700g)69p However, Aldi/Lidl have been 39p in the past on larger packs.

    Snacks & Sweets

Tesco Everyday Value Nice Biscuits (400g)45p

    Packets & Cereals

    Tesco Everyday Value Prunes (250g)£1.19:eek::rotfl:

    Beauty & Health

    T Antiseptic Wipes (10)70
    Tesco Everyday Value Toothbrush (2)18p
Tesco Everyday Value Toothpaste Tube (75ml)25p
Tesco Everyday Value Facial Wipes (25)60p:think: (Branded wipes may be cheaper on glitch elsewhere, so this expensive 60p:laugh: is no good?)
    Tesco Everyday Value Pantyliners (30)22p
Tesco Everyday Value Press-on Towels (10)15p
Tesco Everyday Value Ultra Towels (14)65p
Tesco Everyday Value Washproof Plasters (40)41p (in light of A putting up cost of shopping by not having SP version anymore and therefore no 10% available anymore)
    Tesco Everyday Value Dressing Strip - 10cm x 6cm (10)59p
Tesco Everyday Value Cuticle Sticks (6)50p
    Tesco Everyday Value Nail Clipper55p
Tesco Everyday Value Toe Nail Clippers50p
Tesco Everyday Value Sapphire Nail File50p
Tesco Everyday Value Nail Files (2)50p
    Tesco Everyday Value Scissors55p
    Tesco Everyday Value Footfile53p

    Baby

Tesco Everyday Value Baby Lotion (500ml)25p:eek:

    Household & Pets

Tesco Everyday Value Cream Cleaner (500ml)30p
Tesco Everyday Value Washing Up Liquid (500ml)33p (1p cheaper than M and a third of a penny cheaper than A S/P on weight adjustment - outside of weight range so should be no 10% available in A on that)

    Bakery

Tesco Everyday Value Part Baked Baguettes (2)45p

    Tins, Jars & Cooking

Tesco Everyday Value Chopped Ham & Pork (170g)67p
    Tesco Everyday Value Salsa (300g)69p
Tesco Everyday Value Hot Salsa (300g)69p

Any own label product on very good whoopsie in T (I presume) and (again, presumably) any branded item on very good whoopsie as long as definitely not sold by the chosen competitor.

So all of these should go onto Tvs M (outside N.I.) [EDIT: now done]. And onto Tvs A - and Tvs S:D (I especially like where S are way more expensive than T:rotfl:).

I might actually do some substantive items vs A and, if we are really lucky, vs S, later. That last one will be virtually unspeakable:laugh: particularly since I found very little good for Avs S! S way too expensive:rotfl:, just like every other store!;):p:rotfl:

Don't go looking for Tvs A and Tvs S on here btw, as I haven't posted any such up-to-date lists currently:rotfl::D!

To start off on Tvs A, it would include items such as Tuc Crackers (50p in A), those nasty £1 Alpen Bars in A and Pringles that are also £1 there, basically anything that we really don't like on APG wombles, and this - I saw this earlier:

Boursin Full Fat Soft Cheese with Garlic & Herbs (150g)

    Store_2.15px.png
    [Strike]£2.34[/Strike] £1.00 66.7p / 100g
    • Store_7.15px.png
      [Strike]£2.35[/Strike]
      £1.76
    • Store_1.15px.png
      £2.30
    • Store_4.15px.png
      £2.30
    • Store_8.15px.png
      £2.34
    • Store_3.15px.png
      £2.35
To try to get T down to that £1 price. I would not like that on a womble:rotfl::mad::mad:! Maybe Surf washing powder? Oh, dear, horrible item on a womble that! (And remember, too dear:rotfl: as M went down to £1.98 once on store-specific RTC of 25 pack or something like that - therefore 45 wash (45 not 50:() 'should' be £3.56:D. As if you'd ever see that:rotfl: - price is £4.50! (I'm sure you've had better RTCs than me.) 10 per wash though;).) I so wish T were doing DTD - years ago that was free:j and it was 50 wash (if I'm correct). Tell you, we were going back and forth from home to T and back again and then back for some more. I went to T about six times in one day - "recycling" vouchers (thus doing my bit for the environment:rotfl:) each time! Well, you would. It'd be daft if you didn't! Those were happy days:D:D:D.

    Good morning!:j
