Resisting the bargain whites as they tend to be a bit chardonnay heavy for our liking. Hoping the standard whites or the fizz come back into stock soon.

I'm not so keen on the bargain ones...probably more to do with the fact that its very easy to pick your own when the reductions are on instore like a couple of weeks ago...cant beat the fizz though so I'm holding out for that...I see cryztal got the case I was after yesterday!

my wine lake from a few weeks back coupled with the local coop closing will see us well into next year

Thanks WMCB, you have lost me a bit on the last one. Do you mean by accepting the earlier flight to Edinburgh they will have lost any rights to compensation? This flight is leaving 3 hours after original flight time. They are being transported to S'ton FOC.

Yes, I know. I'm saying that Flybe would defend themselves by stating that the pax have accepted the alternative at their own rail cost as Flybe have offered a later BOH-GLA flight incurring no additional costs, therefore fulfilling their obligations, however if the SOU-EDI is 3 hours is also late arriving at EDI then the delay claim would still be paybale.

A man on my flight last week told me he put in a claim for the taxi to take him to his correct airport which was only about £30 and got back £400...he was very surprised as he only asked for the taxi fare but they paid the 3 hr also....and it was Ryanair !!! ( I find them pretty good ).

No flight from Bournemouth was offered, the later GLA flight was SOU too from what I have been told.

Whatever option they took they will arrive Scotland 3 hours later than planned so hopefully they can claim something.

They are only going to watch the gymnastics in Glasgow so were only going today and tomorrow and early flight back Saturday.
