Woo hoo! My run today got delayed by a few hours due to work commitments, which meant that Training Mission 2 was out before I left.
So I ran training mission 1 then 2 back to back and I'm now completely up to date. Love it

Did the 2nd training mission and I dont know how they did it a bit differently, but for the first time ever I actually nearly !!!! myself!!! I wont say in case you guys havent done it yet.0

It's to do with the way they've programmed the audio - it's sometimes difficult to get stereo right with an app like this but blimey they got it right!
I took an injury and am right back to 50-minute 5kms I keep telling myself I'm lapping everyone on the couch but it's so demoralising.
