Online only is alright but you don't get the support from others at the meetings swapping tips, recipes etc etcIf you change nothing, nothing will change!!0

I was not good at all last week either. Managed to lose half a pound but this was cos I was walking more and using my Fitbit. 1lb off for me today was a bit disappointed as I had been really good was hoping for a bit more

then a woman from the group said I woudnt like a 1lb of fat hanging off my nose lol0 -
