Only lost half pound, so another annoying half pound for my silver 7, but will power still strong, so keeping going. Losing weight, for me, is always a long slow process, but I will get there in the end0

Well done Whippetowner that's a great loss, you are doing really well. I did better this week - lost 3 pounds. My weight loss is always quite erratic so I shouldn't get too upset when I dont lose some weeks.
OOh new plan? Haven't heard anything about that. Let us know what you hear0 -

I have great admiration for for Weight Watchers global success. But it is expensive. I lost six stone by following the simple rules of the ASSSS non-diet.0

I lost 1.5 stone with WW last year and became a gold member however I got a new job in May and I've been unable to attend meetings since then due to working hours and I've put on nearly a stone of that since May and I'm suffering for it!
I get married in July next year and I need my dress to fit! I need to lose a stone by July which is easily achievable!
