Anyone still here? Can I join you please? I've lost weight with Slimming World in the last year, but put it back on again once I stopped following the plan fully, plus it seemed to be doing awful things to my insides!! (TMI)
Back to WW and doing it online and via app on my phone to track daily points. I lost 3lbs, in the first week, and nothing in the second week as it was a stressful one. Back to it now and looking for ideas - particularly lunches!!0 -

Well done Whippetowner that's brilliant. I sts this week, but lost 6 lbs in the first 2 weeks so can't complain. I even managed to have Nandos this week with my daughters, all pointed, so I didn't feel I was missing out0
