  • I really want but didn't find ........
  • Hello.

I'm going to join weightwatchers on Monday. I've been before and once lost 5 stone more than 20 years ago, have tried SW but want to get back to what I know and get some weight off. Realistically I want to lose 3.5 stone, I'd really like 4.5 off but that won't happen so 'm being realistic. Any support you can give and vice versa would be fab. I know what to eat as I'm a nutritionsit I'm just greedy and love crisps, cake and alcohol!!!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas x

Can I join too? I have been at WW since last May and had lost 18lbs by the time I went away in September. I gained 5lbs on holiday but never got back into my groove before Xmas. I will be going back though on 7 Jan and have made a meal plan for this week. Got a Fitbit for Xmas too and aim to get my fitness back too. Did weigh myself for the Fitbit profile but am going to take my WI result on 7 Jan as restart weight.

  • Count me in too if we're making this a ww thread for 2016. Joined online as find it difficult to make meetings. Need to lose 6 1/2 stone:eek:

    Planned meals for tomorrow

Microwave oats made with water and finished off with bit of milk, half teasp sugar (can't go cold turkey just yet)

Half carton of Covent Garden Soups (half price in Waitrose and combined with waitrose card my offers made them only 84p each)
    Wholemeal bread roll.
Apple, Orange, treat size bag of Cadbury's buttons

Quorn Gammon, mash made with margarine, green beans and sweetcorn.

    Tiny sliver of Christmas Cake.

It doesn't seem like a bad menu plan to me, very doable :)

Hope you all have a good week, however you're counting, not counting, etc.

Can't quite believe it but, having ate like a glutton since before Xmas, I managed to stay the same at my meeting yesterday :j

Good incentive to get back on it, get my journal out and start counting again. I found the brilliant device on the W/W app which reads barcodes as well and have been manically zapping everything in my cupboard.

Getting slightly bored of eating the same meals over and over so will find some new ones. I have so many back copies of magazines this shouldn't be that difficult

I go back tonight. Have had a sneaky jump on the scales this am and they show I've only gained 1lb which I'd be pleased with. Have been walking more this week and having fun using my new Fitbit. Just have to motivate myself more to do some cardio.

I returned to WW meeting on Thursday night and only gained 1lb over Xmas. Have planned out my meals for the week and done the food shop.
