no, that's not correct, other species can cause great 'disasters' too
think of the first great pollution/extinction.

OMG, what did we do to deserve George Osborne? I don't think maths is his strong suit. There are only, according to this article, 120,000 claimants of UC thus far. I don't think changing their taper rate will be enough to cover the shortfall caused by not being able to implement tax credit cuts ahead of increasing the NMW.

The research challenges the conclusions of other studies, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) 2013 report, which says that Antarctica is overall losing land ice.

Yes, that's what people have been saying for years, but it's coming to a head now as more and more people become aware of it and due to the need to cut the welfare bill. But it's like an addiction and will take years to wean people off welfare and into proper work to earn their own money. Brown should be struck down for creating such a monster.
