yes, but when you can warp drive to a new home in another galaxy, tax credits won't seem so important0 -

I am not sure this is necessarily relevant but I wonder if the science that I learnt at primary school "pull down your pants and fertilise the plants, in an English country garden" could be scaled up? If so, I think this is already in hand.0 -
Relax. You'll do yourself a Connery and decisions about whether to do the world a favour and top yourself wil be outside your control.
Another blindingly useful (and understandable) observation. Well done. Thank you for the insight. :T
I think other posters want to get back to tax credits, so that's that…0 -
If only cannibalism could shake its stigma it may well provide some answers to the population issueLeft is never right but I always am.0

in the animal kingdom we are the only species that has the potential to avert world ending disasters if only we could first sort out this tax credit conundrum
....and the only species that also has the potential to create such disasters as well. We are an arrogant self interested species good at seeing all the reasons why we are dominant. Like a great big troop of chimps lording it in the jungle:rotfl:0 -
Hi any advice please. I am single mum to 2 children . I work full time at hospital. My 11 year old son is disabled so I had a lovely child minder. Anyhow I got a letter from tax credits examination wanting receipts etc of payments to childcare. So I sent a years bank statements showing payments to children carer also invoices . Receipts of these payments . Contact we has and a letter and her ousted number. After a few weeks I've had a letter back saying they are not happy she has been paid and they have stopped all tax credits. What more can I do . I've asked for a review but how long will this take. As mentioned I have a mortgage etc that hasn't been paid this month I've gone in red in bank and am a mess without tax credits I cannot work no child care0

Suggest you try the benefits and tax credits board where you are much more likely to get helpful advice! This board is just the internet equivalent of a crazed alcoholic tramp shouting at passing buses.
