I have found this useful for analyzing BSOD'S......

For a quick review/ tutorial take a look at the YouTube video here.
Here are the results of "who crashed"
Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\fwpkclnt.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: FWP/IPsec Kernel-Mode API
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.0 -

Have you looked in device manager yet for any yellows?“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”

what version is fwpkclnt.sys, have you checked for available updates, does this crash happen when using other browsers, other than avast, what else network/internet related is installed - eg firewalls, antivirus/malware
memtest is a waste of time

Also what is the exact model of PC, full model number please.
Windows 64 bit Home Premium. It's an Intel(R) core (TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40 GHZ, 8 MB Ram
that's all I can find in System regarding model number etc.
I have disabled Avast and so far no blue screen but I have had Chrome pages try to load for a long time until giving a blank "page not found" and eventually recovering back to the site. I had Google docs in my extensions which I have now deleted. Don't ever remember adding that.0 -

QED Avast kernel hooks causing issue, remove avast and try another AV.
Probably a good idea to give your system a sweep with malwarebytes as well.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0 -
I used to have AVG but that caused problems. Even though Avast is disabled today, I do get long hangs loading sites with sometimes "page not found" until it finally comes back after a min or 2.0

Try avira free or bit defender free but first I would suggest a sweep with malware bytes before you install a new av.
PS uninstall avast and reboot before you proceed.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0
