Insurance issue mobileshop.com

I order my s6 edge and i swear I took out the 6.99 insurance from mobileshop.com its been 2 months and my phone break when i log on to claim there is no track of my cover it was 36.99 contract with 6.99 cover, but it doesn't look like it been setup and i can't prove i took it out other than their website still offer the same plan. exp i use a coup, code for a £10 cash back that i have not had yet

What should i do?

    also, if i go to https://www.eclaimcity.co.uk/Claims/ it says No items on cover were found. when I enter my info

    Didn't you notice that after the first month there was not a separate direct debit for £6.99p taken from your bank account .
    I don't think there's much you can do about it now unless your paperwork that came with the phone lists that you have insurance.

    That's because the first month is FREE.

    i thought first month was free then 6.99 this month phone order was 13 july 2015 so not 3 months

    Surely if you took insurance you have some sort of paperwork?

    no paper work through door not even a contract paper work.

    Then there is no insurance. Maybe you opted out of the free mont (I always do for mine and those I order for) or maybe you had to opt in and didn't.

    i bet you were really happy befre you broke your phone and noticed that you weren't paying any insurance.
