Didn't you notice that after the first month there was not a separate direct debit for £6.99p taken from your bank account .
I don't think there's much you can do about it now unless your paperwork that came with the phone lists that you have insurance.0 -
That's because the first month is FREE.0

i thought first month was free then 6.99 this month phone order was 13 july 2015 so not 3 months0
-
Surely if you took insurance you have some sort of paperwork?0

no paper work through door not even a contract paper work.0

So how much did you pay for the second month? If there wasn't an extra £6.99 somewhere, then I would say you have no insurance.
Date/time Method Status Bill No. Amount
21 Jul 2015 Direct Debit Payment null £36.98
19 Aug 2015 Direct Debit Payment null £36.98
20 Sep 2015 Direct Debit Payment null £41.78
Not checked bank for separate DD yet.0 -
Then there is no insurance. Maybe you opted out of the free mont (I always do for mine and those I order for) or maybe you had to opt in and didn't.0
-
i bet you were really happy befre you broke your phone and noticed that you weren't paying any insurance.0
