when do capital one offer credit limit increase?

I'm using their adverse credit card with the high APR. I have just received the 4th statement and again paid off the balance in full. What are your experiences with them increasing the credit limits.

Got my capital one card in 2012 with a 200 Limit.
Admittly my credit file was trash at the time, but over time my file is pretty decent.

However my credit limit remains at 200 pounds.

But I also took out a aqua card about 6 months ago, that gave me a starting limit of 900 pounds and it’s already been doubled to 1800 pounds.
