Yea maybe! I'm hoping that I'm at least in the middle
Of the que by now! I'm only waiting on my address ID to be approved, and for them to take commission off the application form. I sent the last ID over on Wednesday last week. Just want to hear at least about the DIP and then we can try and relax about the rest... Going insane!!
We can keep each other sane (ish) lmao! X

I'm sure the dip will be fine
the way I see it, is that a refer is pretty much ok and just double checking things. It's not a straight up decline so fingers crossed for you x

    Hi everyone,

Not as anxious as you but have my valuation booked this week after NW rescheduling it. My DIP went though fine via broker but NW scrutinise a lot on your proof of deposit and where the funds come from.

New build development want to exchange asap and hoping it doesn't get 'referred' to the underwriters stage and join the endless queue...

    Hi sunny,
Hope all goes well for you. Our proof of deposit was first to be authed to be fair as we had saved over 12 months for it so just showed a statement!

Good luck & all the best! We had exactly same issue ( hubby had few worrying issues on his credit report) and we managed to get a mortgage from Nationwide.

Sunnyx - when did they ask about your deposit? They haven't even mentioned ours

    Evening all!
Yes the DIP was ok I think? He said affordability fine but it was the debt on the credit score so I don't really know :(

Ours is a new build that said they wanted an exchange in 4 weeks which will be next week! Isn't going to happen!

Our bank statements have those lines missing at the bottom too but they haven't said anything about them - and the broker said it was just the payslip holding things up!

    All so stressful!
Fingers crossed and positive thoughts to everyone xxxx

Fairy - the underwriters have said they won't accept our statement with the odd lines missing. So Ive had to get copies from branch and scan those over as they appear different to the printed ones.

We have 28 days now to complete due to the reservation, we held off reserving the property until last week though so that we could start the ball rolling and buy ourselves some more time.
Have you instructed a solicitor yet? I've not as I don't fancy losing anymore money in case we get declined so I'm currently waiting on the offer before I instruct them as they want me to pay for surveys asap
When are you due to speak to them again? Xx

Hey Jess, they asked about a week later after full application. We are putting down around 40k deposit so the funds come from many different sources and savings account.

They queried one of my fixed bonds and wanted proof where the money had come from. I have a savings account linked to my current account and want to know where some of the large transfers were made from.

My valuation was debited the day they received my application. They rang the development today and wanted to book it for the 17th Oct but the sales lady told them no as they want to exchange in 4 weeks. We only have a week to exchange which isn't going to happen! So valuation booked on 7th October. Reading what others wrote I guess if the valuation is booked it's a good sign, they have everything they need for the boss to give the final approval?

Wow everyone is way ahead of me! Lol!
I haven't even got my DIP yet but had to send all this stuff off. Anxious isn't even the word now.
    Ahhhhh!!
