I would try Mumsnet and Gransnet. Lots of diverse topics, and some great laughs.

Mumsnet send an email each Friday with some of their most popular threads. They're hilarious. Also, Gransnet regularly email which topics are popular.

I think they maybe the 2 I will try.
    Thanks, everyone xx

Also if you want to have a laugh at the comments of a previous poster on here, look for EbonyHamster on Digital Spy :)

I lurk on Digital Spy and have come across EbonyHamster, didn't know she'd been here too

My favourite thread is 'Trivial things that annoy you', her trivial annoyances annoy me and I always skim over her 'input'

Love the "what other forums?" replies :rotfl:

We've worked with Mumsnet, netmums, digitalspy and Gransnet, as well as thestudentroom and AVforums. There's a lot of overlap between us, some of which you wouldn't expect at all!

If you're looking for something specifically MoneySaving there are some really good bloggers out there too and many of them are on MSE eg Skint Dad, From Aldi to Harrods.

And on MSE the Debt Free Challenges and Diaries are fantastic to join in with!

Everything annoys her, especially having to do anything or go anywhere, that may involve actual work. Did you see her thread a few weeks ago about starting her own business making toys for hamsters? It soon descended into chaos, with people suggesting hamster coffins, hamster escape ladders and so on and so on. :rotfl::rotfl:

There are a few MSEers on there who often refer to her by her old MSE name, so she has not gone unrecognised. She's now got more (imaginary?) illnesses so I daresay she has even more time to sit and post on the internet all day. She does get a hard time but she sure does know how to wind people up. One mention of her "carer" or her benefits and the whole forum explodes!

Just had a quick look over there and now know who she is. I see she has the same effect there as she had here.
