Send a letter headed COMPLAINT by snail mail and get a free Certificate of Posting. You could also copy it to their CEO: his info is available from the CEO email website (which is a dot com).Lallyrs said:So how do I get OVO to release me, they wont do anything when I call them and have ignored emails?0 -
The national supplier database, Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES) seems to be so incompetent I do not understand haw they are still operating.
I had smart meters fitted for the first time 11 weeks ago and ECOES still has not updated the electricity meter. My supplier confirms they sent all the information and I have chased and checked with them repeatedly. I have even sent photographs for cross checking.
I can find no mechanism for holding ECOES to account.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.0 -
