mine was confirmed, i had the holiday to paris lined up and wham a £200 discount. Bags x 2, speedy boarding, nice hotel, upgraded room, breakfast, good flights all for £11

Are you actually saying it cost £11 each for flights AND hotel for 2nights in paris??

That is what TBeckett is saying, yes. So the total cost would have been £211, minus £200 discount! x

You just need to be organised about it. Decide on where/ when you would like to go, and have your booking ready right up to the point when you put the code in. Then it can take seconds to complete the booking ...

IM SO ANGRY!!!! Just booked East Mids to Prague and used £50 code, nothing came up saying i couldnt use the code etc, got all the way through to the end and its charged me full price!! Booked with the £50 off code at 3.07pm. Phoned Easyjet CS who said i could either
    a) Write in and see if they'll 'honour' the £50 or
    b) Cancel the flight now for £35!!!

    What should i do?!?!?!?!

...and very quick, when there are only 10 bookings allowed for £200 off.

Did it deduct the £50 from your price? If not, did you click on 'Add Code' when you inputted the code?

Legally, they are not obliged to honour the £50, and Easyjet are not known for goodwill, so I would cancel.

they should not do this, it is overcharging.

It all depends on whether the code really was accepted i.e. did it deduct it from the total price or not?
