EON -Entering meter reads online

            Morning Shrimply,
It sounds like the account may be in what we call 'registration confirmed' this means although we do supply, we're just waiting for some further information to be uploaded on to the system.
This means that you can't see much on the online account and you won't be able to see all the readings etc.
Would you like me to have a look?
I can check the account and email from there, if you would, please send me your account number, name and full address to the email address in my profile page
Ooo and the start reads would be fab, if you can give me those please.
 Helena
Hi Helena, I will just compose a suitable email. I'm sure everything is OK but it would be great if you could have a quick look and make sure.0

I had an issue in the past (not with e.on) where the final bill and first bills used different readings. Took a formal complaint to sort out as the new supplier's starting reading was very much less the old final one by some way.
The good thing with e.on is that when you submit a meter reading on-line, you can get a bill there and then. So you can bill yourself every month if you wish just by entering a reading each month. I generally submit month meter readings but just select the bill option when I feel like it.0

Thanks, that's useful to know. In my case the difference is pretty small, but I'll be sure to check out the first bill.Stompa0
