If OH died should I invite his mum to funeral?

Yes we are married and do have wills although they don't mention about funeral arrangements.
We don't have any children. OH has a sister but they don't get on. Apart from at their dad's funeral, they haven't spoken for probably 30 years. Not sure that she would want to come. We weren't invited to her wedding which was about 28 years ago
The will doesn't need to mention funeral arrangements, it's relevant because technically the executors are responsible for (and entitled to vary) arrangements for the funeral.
As you are married, then if there was no will, as his wife you would have first priority to deal with his estate and to make funeral arrangemetns, if you were unmarried you wouldn't automatically have that right so a will making you executor would be more importantAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
OP - I have a similar dilemma. My mother and sister have been estranged for 15+ years. If/when the time comes my sister will find out about the funeral one way or another because we have a large family. I have resolved that I will inform her husband of Mum's passing so he can break the news to her, and if she wants to then come to the funeral that's her business - though I highly doubt that she will given their past relationship.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

His "do" = his say.
So - you don't invite her.0
