Bob Good to hear that your ds is looking more himself today. The fennel seeds I used up were a one of four bottles I found at the back of the cupboard, nice to see a little space in the use up box again

Thanks Bob. It wasn't supposed to be like this - she was supposed to get better. She still might but it gets less likely with each set back.

Hey

I was SO exhausted this morning that I only checked in on my own diary and didn't make it on here. I can't be doing with 14 hour days too often. Still, it's been a productive and generally positive day overall and the sun has shone. This is what I've managed to get done...
NSD - first one in the bag!
checked banking and PAD
update budget on YNAB
teaching
next week all planned
loads of marking done
15 mins housework and declutter
essentials shopping list for this week done
quiet night in front of the telly
couple of surveys
I actually managed to get a bit of a chat in with dh as well. He's still not keen on going to the doctors but accepts that he's going to need to get a sicknote if he's not going back to work on Monday. We'll see. He says he's feeling better - and he's up and actually had something to eat as well - but he still looks very grey to me....Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Good afternoon everyone!
Jonno - Another PAD! I've never been able to get behind the PAD stuff... it feels too much like a failure if no money ACTUALLY goes into my account. Thinking of doing the £10 a day instead or something like that.
Lego Mum - Your long list! Nice one. How many Bounts points do you have now?
JOJO - What are you watching on Netflix? I can't wait to be back in the land of fast broadband again. It's been so long.
Ally - You're always on the ball. Thanks for the updates. Didn't realise that the minimum wage was going up. That's good news!
Twiggy - I hope that you're feeling better, and did you manage to get that phone call made?
Dawn - It's always important to have treats every now and then, especially on birthdays!! Hope it was a nice meal.
Carrie - Really sad to hear your news. It's difficult for everyone at times like that. Knowing how to be supportive isn't always easy either. Hope you can stay positive.
Foxgloves - Wow, what a productive list. Good one with the cat. They're some of the most fussiest animals I've ever known. Hope he gets an appetite for the food you have for him.
Maria - Keep plugging away at Kobo. I'm sure there are other avenues you can go down. Have you checked on Amazon to see if anyone else has had similar issues to you?
Minnie - every day when I see about JPJ I really want to log in and have a go myself, but when I get there it tells me I can't access it whilst I'm in the U.S. It's the third day I've done it now.
ChocolateLover - Sometimes the smallest days are the best days. They're the ones you can slip up on. Or, at least that's how I feel about them.
Bob - What an awesome day for you! So pleased to hear your successes, big and small. Hope you're feeling very accomplished and have a good rest tonight. Not sure how your sleep is with being so far into pregnancy.
CCL - Really pleased to hear that your DH is up and about again. You're so strong and supportive. I hope your evening was calm and quiet.
Hoping you all have a good night. The weather is awful here. The wind is about 32mph, and it's 8C.
Another NSD for me! Unsurprisingly. My bought me a hair brush which came in the post today which was incredibly exciting. =P0 -
Morning everybody, hope you are all well and doing good. Sorry it's been about a month since I've been on here but I've been very busy sorting things out, having a baby and not having much sleep!
I'm still here though and I'm still paying off debts and decreasing them when I can. I've now paid off my credit cards so I have £0 on all three of them and still paying my monthly payments off of my loan.
Jobs for today:
* Banking as SO needs to give me money for bills.
* Put money from above in bank and transfer over to savings as I do not want to spend it. I am on maternity so I want a little pot of money should I need it in a few months where I'll have minimal amount.
* take out chicken to cook later
* Put petrol in the car but only about £20 as I don't need extra for work
* Make a shopping list for next week
* Keep sorting out kitchen for things I don't need, ready for our move. I don't want to be taking things that we don't really need.
* sell things from list above and recycle/giveaway for free anything that can't be sold.
