I think that the vouchers will expire, although the voucher I got did have a sticker on the pack with the extended date on it, as long as you active the voucher by the 30th of Sept 07 then you should be fine, you'll get 100 mins then and another 100 a month later.

The terms in virgin site say, they expire by 31st Oct. Does anyone think these vouchers expire??. One of the virgin CS mentioned me last week they normally don't expire, however he won't give me a email confirmation for that.

The voucher has to be activated by the date on them, so if you activated the voucher on the 30th october, your 2 x 100 mins would start from that date.

I didn't realize the phone would be locked. Does anyone know how to unlock it. I travel a lot and buy local sims and sorry virgin isn't in every country. Plus I have already had virgin for over a year on my own so I don't think my phone should restrict me to virgin. I bought a phone not a sim card

I don't fully understand your post, it doesn't read well.

If you are asking how to unlock your phone to all networks, phone Virgin, they will unlock it for free once you've spent £30 on credit.

So I have to spend 30 pounds before the phone can be unlocked?

You haven't given enough information in your query for me to ascertain whether you can unlock your phone cheaper, but Virgin will indeed charge £30 to unlock it.

Well, if you've had Virgin for a year, then you've probably spent that much already. Don't wait another month to post on here; ring up Virgin customer services.
