I have an account with Virgin when I go through the ordering process my details come up as they are already registered with Virginmobile but the £10 discount doesn't come up, what should I be doing to get the discount? If you have a Virgin sim card registered (Or get a friend who has), you automatically get £10 discount, so the cheapest phone (Nokia1112) works out at £19.99 - £10 - £8 quidco + £2.99 delivery = £4.98
I have found quidco to be hit or miss if you use your (existing member discount).
You also get 2 free downloads if you have a WAP enabled phone. :beer:Nearly debt free

1. Go to Virgin Mobile.
2. Log into your account.
3. Click on "Your rewards with red" on the left-hand side.
It will tell you your upgrade allowance based on your spend on either PAYG or contract. If you have not got an additional amount, you still get the £10 discount by:
4. Click on "Buy a phone".
The current choice of phones will be displayed, you will see that the phones will automatically be reduced by £10.

So does that mean if you have no allowance it will still deduct 10 pounds but if you do, your allowance is deducted??1. Go to Virgin Mobile.

I ordered a 1112 from the Virgin website, after discount and cashback it worked out as £4.98 for me,So does that mean if you have no allowance it will still deduct 10 pounds but if you do, your allowance is deducted??
I did as thesaint mentions above, and went to a page where all the phones were reduced by £10, I don't have an allowance and it still worked for me, I just had a look in the red rewards section and it gives me this message
"Your Current Upgrade Right now, you don't have any money off your next mobile.
But when I click on "buy a phone" it still shows the phones with a £10 discount.
I think it gives you a basic £10 discount and then more based on your top-ups, once you've bought a phone then your discount goes back to the basic amount.Nearly debt free

The terms in virgin site say, they expire by 31st Oct. Does anyone think these vouchers expire??. One of the virgin CS mentioned me last week they normally don't expire, however he won't give me a email confirmation for that.0
