I agree. I'm using a 500ml Verbena shower gel at the moment and it is rubbish, I need to use 3 times as much as normal and it is runny and thin.

The only L'occitane products I like are the Shea ones (the extra rich body cream particularly) but the prices are just silly and totally not value for money.

I'm not a huge fan of L'Occitane body products preferring Philosophy mostly. I opened a bottle of S&G Orangeism recently and think this smells very similar to L'Occitane Verbena.

I love their liquid soap handwash though as it doesn't irritate my hands and as mentioned above their Lavender hand cream.

I disagree about the value though. If anyone is a fan of L'Occitane it is well worth looking at QVC as they stock bigger sizes and have better valued kits or duos. Also, its' worth looking at the outlets too.

Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliater 15ml - WNBA, this is not effective, there is too much gel and not enough scrub, unfortunately I have more in the stash.

I do agree about this though. The only Elemis exfoliator I have left in my stash is a tube of Papaya Enzyme Peel which I don't rate either. What I do love though that I have recently started using is LUSh Cup of Coffee. Really scrubby.

Which brings me nicely to another UU: Benefit Facial Polish. I bought this for Emma and it has languished in the bathroom cabinet for yonks. Used it up on my body as well as once I had cut the tube open there was loads left and I couldn't seal it nor did I have anything to decant it into.

  • olay cleanser... uu

    in highlighter stick
mac concealer, mac highlighter, mac blusher, mack primer, loads of lipsticks and found more shampoos from my other stash.
  • Another 2 UU's tonight...:j

Burts Bee's Honey and Grapeseed Hand Cream - WNBA I really did not like the scent of this and it made my hands feel strange, also has a very odd consistency.

Neutrogena Nordic Berry Lipbalm - WBA this did work and kept my lips nice and soft.

Some progress is definitely being made.. :T

    I have a uu

Philosophy Homemade Pumpkin Pie Shower Gel 500ml (ish) WBA and do have another in the stash plus the Pumpkin Icing one and a ton of their other winter scents. I used this in the bath in the end and it made a lovely bubble bath.

I have a freebie in of a Clinique lipstick in Cherry Pop. This came with my totally free Glamour magazine subscription, it is a lovely colour but a bit full on which makes it hard to apply and not smudge.

    2 more UUs:-

100ml LE IBST. This was two x 50ml travel sizes decanted into a 100ml bottle for my hols. Have a 30ml spritzer and a full sized 200ml left in stash. No repurchase necessary.

Sample Sachet of Philosophy Exfoliating Microdelivery wash. I do like this but don't want to splurge on an exfoliator as I love Lush Cup of Coffee.

Went into Superdrug yesterday to buy some new powder as mine is pretty much coming to an end. There was 3 for 2 going on in the B range so I bought foundation and eyeliner as well as they'll be running out soon. This is the first time I've used them from this range so I will report back!

    I bought:
    B. Flawless Complete Coverage Foundation
    B. Set Sheer Finish Pressed Powder
    B. Smoky Soft Blendable Kohl Eyeliner
    B. Pure Micellar Cleansing Wipes x2

The face wipes were buy 1, get 1 free and only a £1 each. I find them great and would recommend anyone who needs any to go and purchase! Can't go wrong for 50p a packet!

I was going to buy them the other day as they were on offer but I try to reduce amount of wipes I use as there is too much plastic in them.
Also if people flush them instead of putting in the bin, they end up littering beaches and damaging sea creature's habitat.
