    Hello ladies!

    Three UUs reporting for duty!

Champneys Hand Cream: nice, but this is an old pump that came in the Christmas before last's goodies. The quality is much better than the stuff from last year - they have replaced some of the ingredients so that the newer stuff feels more plasticky on the hands and doesn't rub in as well, even if the fragrance range has expanded. Nice. Very nice. Wouldn't pay full price for it, though.

Schwarzkopf Pro Styling Heat Protection Straightening Spray: I can never decide if these types of products do the job or not. It was OK, I think.

Tresemme Cleanse & Replenish Shampoo & Conditioner: crumbs, I only just realised that this is a shampoo AND conditioner! No wonder my hair felt so soft after washing! :rotfl:

Hi ladies, a couple of UUs, earlier than planned as I realised there wasn't enough in my minis to see me through the weekend away so took to use at the gym last night instead.

    So UU:

    7/147. L'Occitane Verbena Body Lotion 30ml
    8/148. L'Occitane Verbena Shower Gel 30ml

These were freebies and were ok, though I'm generally not a huge fan of lemon-y scents as they remind me of bathroom cleaner! The lotion rubbed in well, shower gel was a bit disappointing as took a lot to get a lather. The scent lingered which was good. As has been my experience with all L'Occitane products to date, they're nice enough but massively overpriced IMO. WNBA but would happily use again if free :)

I agree. I'm using a 500ml Verbena shower gel at the moment and it is rubbish, I need to use 3 times as much as normal and it is runny and thin.

The only L'occitane products I like are the Shea ones (the extra rich body cream particularly) but the prices are just silly and totally not value for money.

    3 more UUs

The Body Shop Vitamin E Facial Wash - Love the texture and scent. MBA.

Crabtree and Evelyn Relaxing Body Lotion 30 ml. This was from a charity shop and probably part of a gift set. I wouldn't buy it on full size/price. I prefer body butters anyway.

No7 Blissful Body Wash - As I said, nothing blissful about this. WNBA. I have LOADS of shower gels to uu anyway.

Sold a mascara, a nail varnish and a cc cream pen and 3 samples with them. So 6 outs.

Funnily enough the No7 bath and shower range is HG for me, I love the scent.

Champneys Vita Miracle Hand Cream used to be my HG till they discontinued it, my nails were super strong and it did a great job on cuticles too.

I know what you mean about heat protectors, I wonder if they work especially when you use straighteners and see all the steam coming off.

    I have a uu

Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliater 15ml - WNBA, this is not effective, there is too much gel and not enough scrub, unfortunately I have more in the stash.

To be fair, it was the first time I used it and it could have been gone off as it was from a while ago.

    Another 2 UU for me.

Soap and Glory Righteous Body Butter 50ml - WBA I have a couple more of these in stash. I find this to be really moisturising and doesn't irritate my skin which is fairly sensitive.

Burts Bees Night Cream Sample - WMBA felt really heavy on my face however it is really moisturising.

I have a couple of things that are spluttering so hopefully I will be able to use them up before the end of the month.

Nivea In Shower Moisturiser - I like the product but hate the packaging as it's so hard to squeeze the bottle and there's a lot left in at the end that's just unreachable.

I have the same problem with those huge bottles of Tresemme Shampoo and Conditioner. Wish they would come with pumps.

L'occitane vanilla bouquet hand cream- WBA definitely. HG product!! I love everything about this hand cream <3. I know they aren't cheap but I have found them to be the best I've ever used. This has a beautiful scent and makes my hands feel wonderfully soft and not at all greasy or plasticky feeling like other ones have made them feel. For this reason I'd re purchase. They do last me w while too as a little seems to go a long way. I can't get anymore out of the tube by squeezing it so I may cut it later as I think there could be some last dregs in there. im sad it's finished as I love it so much but I do have another 2 in this scent stashed. I've got some body shop ones to move onto for now though, and I'll be interested to see how they compare to l'occitane. I think you can get a body cream in this scent by l'occitane and a lip balm so I may look out for these at some point. Can't get enough of the fragrance!

Yes, sometimes it is well worth paying that bit more for handcream. The L'Occitane ones have 20% shea butter in them which makes them so creamy. Saying that though my friend at work sometimes uses TBS hand cream and it's just as creamy. It would all then come down to choice of fragance and your preference. I actually prefer the L'occitane Lavender one which has a gel like consistency and have not found anything else that is similar to this.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
