That's a great offer! I thought with an IPhone I would be stuck paying high prices for the long haul so i'm happy they knocked it down.0

how in the bloody hell can you pay £85 on a phone contract? and let a contract go on knowing you're overpaying because the phone has been paid off
and how in the hell can you pay £43 extra for a bit of data, they seen you coming a mile off didn't they.
and you stayed with a company that would shafted you for months in such a way?0 -
Quite easy to pay that much, I only originally took out 1gb of data and actually use up to 6gb a month. I need my phone constantly for emails and work etc... so had to pay it.0

6GB is not that much, most networks will offer 10GB, 20GB or even more for less than £45 a month with a handset and a lot less sim only.
It seems Vodafone customers are just stuck in an (expensive) rut...====0 -
OMG £85 paid a month...
Happy now to be paying about the double of current competitive rates?
Great to be with VodaF***?
Smells fishy, least to say...0 -
How does it 'smelly fishy'?
I've never had a problem with their network coverage, I got the iPhone 5s when it first came out and obviously the contract was high. Now i'm keeping the handset as it's in perfect condition and managed to get a lot cheaper deal.0 -
You're not saving £441 every 6 months.
£16.50 is quite a competitive deal; I'd say around £4 under the typical market rate for what you're getting, so you're saving about £24 every 6 months.
Which is as nothing compared to the around £300 you've been overpaying every 6 months for the last year and a half.
No doubt Vodafone thought it would be useful to keep you as a customer who might just be susceptible to some revenue-generating 'special deals' in the future0 -
In regards to how much I would have been paying yes I am saying that figure.
My contract was not up until March 2016 so they have let me out early, and due to over usage of data I had to pay over my contract as I couldn't get out of it.0
