Well howdy folks, I'm in :) managed it last month and was very disciplined about putting the money in a separate account so I have a little savings pot building up... if I keep this up I'll have 1k by Christmas which would be awesome!

My main plans are ebay and tutoring, will see what else comes my way and will enjoy reading along - happy Saturday!

well done! :money: :money::money::T I like the idea of putting the money into a saver account so you can earn some interest rather than paying park.

    Have you heard of camelcamelcamel?

I've used Camel and another one too (whose name I just can't think of right now oddly!). The Amazon option has always been a fab idea for us as we have a very geeky family and relatives with niche interests and we've always found gifts cheaper on there but tbh I'm much less in love with Amazon these days and am finding better bargains elsewhere now so it's all working out right.

The account I've opened is an online saver with the Post Office so it's nowhere near my regular banking and my standing order can go in and I can forget about it / not see it until needed.

    Hello,

Please put me down for £5 this month. So far I have got my payout from WeBuyBooks for £17.82 and earned 4p of interest. Got some ebay sales too but will need to work out fees etc first before I declare that. Sold an item for £29.00 yesterday which I am chuffed about as most of my items so far have sold for under £5. Got enough points to claim vouchers on valued opinions and pinecone so I'll need to get around to doing that too.

Good luck for the month everyone :)

Hi. So my Sunday night weekly total is a nice start to the month...road kill 5p, anniversary presents as cash £100, interest at bank £2.17, overpaid £3.14, refund for cancelled hotel room £30, and a fantastic carboot sale today where I managed to make £244.70!!! So a nice start to October with £380.06. Plus I also won £50 in cineworld vouchers, which I will save for Christmas month. I am going to do another carboot sale next Sunday and a specialist one this Tuesday...determined to get a kitty together for December!

I hope that everyone else is having an amazing fundraising month.

I am going to get on with eBay tomorrow and sell the 'good bits' I kept off the carboot stall :)

    Good luck everyone x
