I accepted the offer but like the other poster on my 21st a charge of 35p was showing for listing.

Firstly check that the offer still shows on your promotional offers tab. If it does show but shows that you still have the 100 free listings available then check the terms as it means your listing was not eligible for some reason.

Although these ones don't appear to apply to you, I am aware that others have been caught by them\;

Listings that are automatically relisted during the promotional period.

Multi-quantity listings

There are other exclusions to watch for as well, and don't forget all listing upgrades are also still charged.
