    The fitters are not employed by Carpetright but they are recommended by them and they also book the fitter and pass on your details so even if you don't pay Carpetright, they are, IMO, still responsible for the standard of work as they are acting as an agent for the fitter.

    Did not say they were not responsible for the standard for work. And I had no contact details for the fitter.

    So would have had to contact carpet right if I was not happy.
