You're telling us that you managed to drive round a difficult bend without looking at the road ahead of you for at least 3 seconds (from green->red)? I think that loses you any rights to be cheeky to people commenting on your driving ability.
I'll let you decide.0 -
What was the outcome?0

That's a good question considering Stoke is still very active on here0 -

Haha. No way. You're not digging up dirt on me constable?
Course in the end..... And truth be told, with the benefit of hindsight I probably deserved it. Running a red light is illegal at 2pm or 2am, when there's lots of cars, or when there's none.
Interesting course actually. Very insightful experience.0 -

And you needed the course to learn that?0 -

Nope, but in the aftermath I was naturally frustrated at being pulled after running a red light at ridiculous o clock at night when nobody was around. It felt like a victimless crime, especially when the police around my area haven't really solved any actual crime for a pretty long time...
Obviously it was a mistake you know and no I'm not perfect. I ran a red light which is, some constables arrested the fathers of little girls getting sexually assaulted in Rotherham to protect !!!!!philes.
I can see the similarities, right constable?0 -

In fairness I think he means plenty of other road users, give credit were it's due, many posters don't come back with any outcome of many if not most of the episodes we read.0 -

So nobody's been charged with any offences where you live?0 -

It was about 2am in the morning. There was one other vehicle on the road, a good 800 or so yards behind. An unmarked beamer. Made a mistake at the end of the day.0
