Glad you're feeling positive and good luck for your blog — I need to work on mine a lot more! Well done on being able to decrease medication. Mine has gone up from 150mg to 225mg... Feel much better for it though. Glad you have good friends looking out for you too

Thanks, Bob!
I'm sat here warring with myself about whether to get ready and go outside (because it is such a beautiful day) but knowing I'll end up spending money is deterrent enough to stop me.
ABA - I think my problem with the meds is that they're for depressive disorder, and not BPD.
I've been on duloxetine for the last 2 years and it's done very little to help, really. 0 -

Hey!
I did in the end.
Actually bumped into a few friends from where I used to work, had a cup of tea! Maybe spent money I didn't need to though. Oops.0 -
Oh well it's probably well spent for a catch up with friends." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

I've had so many NSDs this week, 'cause I've been stuck at home with a cold! It's not all that bad, I suppose - except I really made up for it yesterday!
I bought three comics I had on order form the comic book shop (Saga!), had a lasagne at the local cafe which I love (and is incidentally, vegan!). Then I went to a shop locally which sells only vegan produce, and managed to spend £25. THEN me and a friend decided it was a GREAT idea to drive to Mablethorpe. We have chips, and did the usual stop at the arcade. My friend was great... only let me spend £2 before tearing me away from that 20p Iron Man keyring.
I'm totally on #TeamStark though. Cannot wait for the new film. Eeek.
Today has been pretty productive already. Took a big step and called the National Debt Line after months of deliberation and seeking advice. They're sending me forms for a debt relief order... so we'll see how that goes!
Still waiting on therapy and a psychiatrist appointment.
Trying not to think about that too much!!
Hope everyone's okay. xxx0 -
Well done on sorting the DRO.
Incidentally how do you do vegan white sauce for the lasagne?" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Thanks! Need to get the forms back from them and get things sorted, but it's a step in the right direction.
I've not made lasagne myself, the cafe I go to doesn't seem to use it - just tomato sauce and lots of veggies (I think) I do need to ask them a few things about their recipes though!0 -
Ah I see that makes sense. Sounds lovely." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

You can make vegan white sauce with any nondairy milk and either cornflour or a vegan butter and flour roux. Loads of people stir in nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavour. I, however, buy mine from the Tesco Free From range! Had lasagne for dinner tonight

Glad things are rolling along Ollie, though not glad about the wait for therapy. I've had to wait for months and months in the past, but luckily my town has a charity which provides free counselling to people referred by their GP, which meant I only had to wait a month and that was partly due to Xmas being in the middle. Might be worth asking around to see if you can get counselling from a similar scheme as a stopgap.Rainy day fund — 210/1000 Emergency fund — 1019/1500
