Hope everyone ok & been keeping their hands on their pence this week. Back from camping trip today & heading for a humongous bath in a minute. Pretty much stuck to budgets. Reasonably normal weekend, then I'm going AWOL again.

Hi All
Just a quick update as typing on the smart phone is not as easy as the computer.
Twiggy - DOMS from memory stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. I'm going back to PE studies 1995 for that gemit's the window of time apparently up to 48 hours where muscles get sore after exercise before they start to repair again.
Ziggy- thanks very much.
Chocolate lover - sorry to hear your brother was in hospital. Is he out now? The blog sounds interesting. And thanks too
Welcome back Foxgloves!
Had my 36 week scan this evening. All fine. Apparently Baby Bob is 7 pounds 6 at the moment and they estimate will gain 1 more pound before birth. Will be interesting to see how accurate that is. My son was 9 pounds 10. But he was 2 weeks late.
The trade was better today by far.
Low cost dinner for us all of hot dogs, with salad and saut!ed potatoes. YS rolls picked up for pence.
Am glad it's the weekend. Checked banking. Things are tight. All main bills except the water have gone out though.
Right well I am off to bed soon. Night all.

Hey all
Blew my NSD out of the water when my head of department offered to do a KFC run for a treat for us... Ah well - I'd spent nothing else all week, and it was nice as a bit of a one off. So I decided to get the weekly shop out of the way as well. £15.32 this week - I had a good YS haul on the veggies, everything reduced to 25p. I have a punnet of figs which I love, but am not sure if I might like to try something different than just eating them...
Stayed busy at work - but the amount of planning I had to do meant I only got one set of books marked before the end of the day. And I had no intention of bringing work home. I've made a marking schedule, which I'm going to try and stick to.
Hi to everyone - I will catch up properly over the weekend.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control
