    I'm feeling rather better. Obviously still sad, guilty, all of that - of course - but there does seem a vague glimmer of light at the end of a long tunnel. I have found that there are so many truly kind and thoughtful people in the world. There are people who know me who are being so lovely, there are people who barely know me who are being so kind, and there are people who only know my MSE self, who are just amazing, and who I can never thank enough for what they have done for me.
    Me, a stranger, for whom they felt compassion, and cared enough to contact when I was having a really really bad time.
    Thanks will never be enough, but thanks anyway. You are lovely people.

    I am so glad to hear you are feeling a little better. The amazing thing about MSE is (I think) that there ARE people here who care about others, and who will take the time to give a virtual hug, just at that vital second it is needed. I hope you can find a way to come to terms with your feelings, and begin to find some happiness again. I'm not very good at putting my thoughts into words sometimes, so I hope I don't sound patronising. xxx
