you have really made me want quorn fajitas right now! do you think you could send your DH round as im feeling to lazy to head to the kitchen to start cooking!

what you said about your son is so sweet, I bet your so proud of him that he is able to communicate so well. And as for being different, we all are in some way and i think we all have points in our lives that we are sad about those differences. It sound like with his attitude he will be able to overcome anything in his life.

Ive not checked in for a while, is there any news on your sisters treatment? Im still thinking of her.

It's the same flippin recipe - why havent you tried to to make yorkie puds
I think it's because we never really have beef, and they seem to go hand in hand with roast beef.

Occasionally I will do a sausage casserole for the boys and serve that in Yorkshire puddings, but it's usually mid-week, and bunging ready made ones onto an oven tray just seems like the easier and quicker option.

I've only made pancakes about 3 times mind you! :rotfl:

We dont have beef either - DH likes it charcoal stylee and I like it rare so we never eat it.

We eat yorkies with any roast, had em with roast pork on Sunday.

I dare you to give em a try one of the days :D

    They were really nice!

I make them exactly the same way as he does (quorn, peppers, onions, fajita seasoning and beer...lol), but his always taste so much nicer than mine for some reason.

I'm not quite sure what's happening with my sister at the moment. When I saw her last she said the appointment was in March, but I think she's not telling anyone exactly when because of the pressure she feels under not to disappoint people, if that makes sense. So she will just tell us when she knows one way or the other.

I know she flew to Los Angeles the week before last, for a little break, so I suspect treatment may be underway now, and I'm keeping everything crossed.

Yes, I'm going to set a standing order up for the same amount into the home improvements loan I think.

I'm going to start a new thread next week to motivate myself to clear that loan too. The sharesave in August would clear most of it, but that would leave us with nothing, and we could really do with a new bathroom! :o

Snaggs ~ our bathroom suite cost less than £250 and that includes new trendy taps :D

Tig, we need EVERYTHING doing in our bathroom - new suite, taps etc, tiles, flooring, accessories, lights....even the skirting boards needs replacing. My Dad might help us fit it, but I don't know whether I want to ask him to really. They're always so busy, and he frets so much over every little tiny thing that it's really stressful. I know someone who would do all the fitting, tiling etc, but I think it would cost quite a bit, so I'm just trying not to think about it! :rotfl:

Thanks Lunar - I'll let you know when I hear anything from her. I hope your morning sickness calms down soon.
