Jet, that's really kind, they probably would fit - I'll send you a pm, thanks. x
I suppose I didn't exactly get what I wanted for the shares, because a few days before the sharesave matured they were at about £9.50 each, but I got enough to clear the car loan with a bit to spare, so I'm happy with that.
And if they do suddenly skyrocket, I will just look at it as a good thing because I've got another one that matures in 5 months!
Bunny, I think that's a very fair reward system....good luck making those appointments."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Anniestar, lovely to hear from you - don't worry about your typing! How are you doing?
IA - I'd forgotten about Quidco, is it in your account now? *runs off to check her internet banking*"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

If it wasn't for the dentists appointment looming I would be saying today is a fab day!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Even if they bounce a bit up - so what - the stress of watching them wobble up and down and the risk of them dropping and the wacthing and worrying wouldn't be worth it... would drive me up the wall.... you have to be able to afford to lose to enjoy gambling or just a bit unhinged to put yourself through the watching and rollercoaster bits....0 -
Am much better thanks. Word of advice to everyone DON'T get shingles. They hurt-A LOT!!:rotfl: Waht with getting them, the computer being poorly and then tiscali being fab and ensuring we didn't have an internet connection for 7 days then three days of patchy connection feel really out of the loop,
and the sasddest bit is today I don't feel too bad so UI have to do LOADS of work in the midden:rotfl: . Aw well these things are sent to try us I guess. By the way DH has ordered me a laptop:j :j :j (he said it was an early birthday pressie but think he is just saying that so that I don't moan as my birthday isn't until July-unless he knows something I don't!!!:rotfl: ) Right HAVE to go an do some work-PLEASE abuse me if I try to post anytime in the next hour. Thanks. Have a great day. Ann xxxx
Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.
And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

Len, it's £76 a month I think (we purposely took it over a long period because we always intended to clear it early, so it was a low monthly payment. The interest rate is pretty good on it, but we will save quite a lot clearing it off now).
BB, exactly - I had a slight wobble when I went to click on 'sell', and then I pictured how I would feel paying off the loan and realised it would be worth feeling a little pang of regret at some point, in order to feel so relieved and happy now!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
