Awww, thanks - I was like that until I had my own kids too. In fact, when I was pregnant with Ryan, I was convinced I would hate being a Mum. I LOVE kids now though, they're just so amazing.

Teenagers are scary though! :D

    I agree completely.

Luckily, they dont become teenagers instantly. My eldest becomes a teenager in just under 6 months, and she's already quite accomplished at tutting and stomping off. I havent bothered to catch any of that on video :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • Morning Snags et al,
    Happy Easter!
    Anyone up to anything exciting?
The kids had an Easter Egg hunt this morning and loved it-they were so cute and we're off to the in-laws in a bit for lunch...I hope it's a roast dinner and not one of her special very strange combos she's famous for! (Not that I'm complaining-if someone cooks for me, I don't care what it is!)

:easter_os Have a lovely day Bunny - Happy Easter :easter:

My kids were out before 7 this morning, playing in the snow. DH took them and the dog up to the woods, and left me in bed with the formula 1, a piece of toast and a brew :T

The kids are both back in their PJ's and we're going to spend the rest of the day doing nowt more energetic than eating

    Afternoon!

We've had a lovely Easter so far. The Easter bunny came by during the night and left a trail of tiny foil covered eggs (blue for Ryan and pink for Tasha) and little clues all over the house, leading to Ryan's Doctor Who Fob Watch and Natasha's soft toy duck.

Ryan had Easter nests for breakfast, and the only slight downer was that Ryan had a little Spongebob egg bought, and the chocolate was MINGING - it tasted of cleaning fluid, and made us both feel quite sick.

Think I might call at Asda tomorrow and complain! ;)

Spud - I think you should record a stropping and stomping video and upload it onto You Tube - how embarrassed would they be?!?! :rotfl:

Bunny - hope you have a nice lunch. I know someone that used to do strange cookery combinations too.....tuna and pecan nut quiche anyone?

Happy easter and have a lovely day to all of you xxx

Off to the in laws now to give my niece her present. The only thing is, I'm pretty sure they haven't bought Ryan anything, which is fine, except that I know Ryan will keep asking where his present is. Better prepare him on the way up there I think!

    Back later

I hope you're going to complain about the egg to the company concerned Snaggles ;)

I have plenty of evidence to embarass DD with in years to come, and plenty of payback due for ...erm.... interruptions over the years :D

    Have a lovely day x
