Oh, and I'm still sticking to the diet - I was getting very depressed because no matter how hard I dieted, I didn't lose any weight, in fact this morning, I appeared to have put 2lbs back on. Then I moved the scales to the bedroom, and instantly it went down by 6lbs!
Either the scales are dodgy or the floors are wonky. So take your pick - I have either gained 2lbs or lost 4lbs.
Never one to lower the tone of the reading material....
Umm is your bathroom floor hardIt's a well known effect with an engineering based reason.... certain types are more prone - umm the bathroom floor is likely to have been the most accurate...

No, funnily enough, the bedroom one is the harder of the two......woohoo!
Edit - Actually, they're about the same.
Riiiiiight.....going to bring the scales downstairs and do it in the kitchen!!!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Makes sense - the harder should be the most accurate and if the bathroom is softer it's because of your fulcrums bending that it's overreading....
See kids engineering is fun  We really do get paid to do this stuff0 -

I was just thinking about doing this, but am now wondering if I'm being borderline obsessive! :rotfl:
Well, I suppose all I can do is just weigh myself in exactly the same spot every day, and hope for the best."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I must admit weight had never been an issue for me, but in the last 2 years I have put on over a stone and a half, and am now feeling sluggish. Its been put down to the hormone treatment I get since my hysterectomy. But I weighed myself at DBF on the weekend and I am now 9stone 10. 61.5kg. I have been down as far as 8st 4. Didnt dare do that on KG at the time. I think I am best and normally at 58kg. But I am going to have to do something for the first time in my life about stopping going up!When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

I put weight on after having my DS, because I couldn't walk for 6 months. Never really managed to get it back down. Because my joint problems haven't been as bad with this pregnancy, I feel like it's time to tackle it now. But exercise is difficult, because even walking round the shops today, I was getting the clicking and the twinges.
Life's too short to worry about it too much though, eh? Let's face it, after 2 kids, I'm NEVER wearing a bikini again anyway!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
