He's started applying for jobs too - as I predicted I have had to update his cv and help him fill in the forms, but strangely I haven't minded at all. :)

See, it's all about give n take, as opposed to just take take take, that's why you're not minding, cause he's making an effort in other areas.

    excellent news hun!

Hiya, yes, things have gone well today thanks - we were in the car going shopping and Ryan said 'Daddy, look at this', so Stu actually stopped and parked the car, and turned round to look! Ryan felt sooo important - Stu has never done anything like that before, and when he saw how happy Ryan was to have his attention like that, he had tears in his eyes.

Aww wow snaggs thats the most inspiring post i have read on here in a long time. Stu is starting to make the right steps to put his relationship with ryan right. I dont know what changed in him but i hope he keeps it up. You are a very strong person snags and you seem to put i with a lot but when you start seeing rewards like this i guess it makes you smile too. I hope you carry on reaping the rewards.

hugs to you and your loved ones :kisses3:

  • Hi Snaggles, I've just read about a million pages of your diary! It's a busy one this... Just wanted to send a virtual hug, hope your weekend is going well - you are so strong to cope with everything you have on your plate at the moment. But it's good to read your more recent posts sounding so positive. xxx

It felt like a bit of a breakthrough really - I'm being cautiously optimistic, because I know there's a long way to go, but I can see now how much Stu wants to put things right.

He's started applying for jobs too - as I predicted I have had to update his cv and help him fill in the forms, but strangely I haven't minded at all. :)

Fingers crossed he finds something soon.
