Green apples and ginger will help stop any sickness.
If you are at Bristol, look out for any cheap P&O cruises from Southampton.
Thank you - the sickness worry is all in my mind like a darn self fulfilling prophesy ! I'm not in Bristol, right down in Cornwall, but Exeter or Bristol flights would mean I don't have to faff about too much getting to the departure point. DH wants an easy like.
Actually, the sickness was a bit more than all in the mind 2 nights ago ! Had one of my grandaughters and her lovely boy friend staying and, although we all drank a fair bit over dinner, I really disgraced myself and had to be put to bed by said grandaughter (and that was after spending an hour with my head down the toilet while she mopped my fevered brow!) A waste of nearly a full litre of Smirnoff Gold amongs other things. At least the boyfriend now knows the worst about Grandma.ELITE 5:2

I already have 3 bottles I have never tried, Italian mix last year think for as little as £4 bottle. I best put them in rotation. Can't open a bottle tonight as have to pick DD2 up at midnight.
So I paid £94 for £230 in worth today's prices and have a few favourites. And also have £10 CC points to use. :cool:0 -

I do have good sea legs though, there was one time when I was on a ferry to france and it was borderline if it would sail because it was so rough, got a lovely big breakfast that day because no-one else was eating :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The only downside was that the boat stank
Jeez, I had to read that 3 times, I misread it as ' the boat sank'!ELITE 5:2

You do wonder how old these presents become when they keep being passed around as gifts!
Bit like those tombola/raffle prizes that you win and then re-donate!
I would love to put a form in those bottle/gift bags that we use for presents to track who passed on to who!0 -
