This one has made my day the after the Moet the rest only cost me a tenner. :j And they even put in a bottle of my favourite Bisol. :D

Just shows the people who put in a later order are getting good stuff. Still musing on it. I gave away another bottle of the 2012 Moet last month and the recipient was thrilled so maybe I should get more stock in. The Frexinet vintage rose is lush. This is the one we got for match and more points before xmas. Think it was £5.99 plus a load of more points.
Down to last bottle of the Prosecco I got last year in Ts wine promotion. Actually I better check my stocks as think I have an abundance of Chablis and nothing else.
Any wines I don't want got to the old folks xmas dinner a lady on fb does. Everything is donated through fb, pressies, veg, turkey the lot for 60 pensioners. I gave her the left over bottles from the naked wine O2 thing and she was thrilled so hoping to do more to help this year. Have a few pressies already. I like to put something sensible and something indulgent in each parcel.

Only thinking of xmas as trying to decide what to do this year.
Can't face being in Bedford after last year (plus dd goes round her in laws around 4 leaving me sat in a PI on my own.
Want to go away but not sure where as single supplements are a killer.

Thank you - the sickness worry is all in my mind like a darn self fulfilling prophesy ! I'm not in Bristol, right down in Cornwall, but Exeter or Bristol flights would mean I don't have to faff about too much getting to the departure point. DH wants an easy like.

Actually, the sickness was a bit more than all in the mind 2 nights ago ! Had one of my grandaughters and her lovely boy friend staying and, although we all drank a fair bit over dinner, I really disgraced myself and had to be put to bed by said grandaughter (and that was after spending an hour with my head down the toilet while she mopped my fevered brow!) A waste of nearly a full litre of Smirnoff Gold amongs other things. At least the boyfriend now knows the worst about Grandma.

the this sooo made me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl: mind you, not so funny when I have done it myself

Jeez, I had to read that 3 times, I misread it as ' the boat sank'!

    Ditto .......

Must have another catch up before I grab a bite to eat. I still ache like crazy but offered myself as taxi tonight picking up at 7.30pm only 12 mile drive but 24 round trip will be more than enough for my poor joints.

    See you later x

p.s. All that fizz is making want to order but DH won't drink it. Would it be too greedy of me ........ :o. I'm not really much of a drinker though :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Does anyone here have any experience of Thompsons Cruises ? They do look fairly cheap and cheerful and I was thinking that they might be worth a try for a first timer - I'm quite happy with an inside cabin but the AI would be useful. And they fly from Bristol which is handy. Thopsons are not one of my favourite operators but the cruises might be worth a try. I'm not sure when their 'Summer' for the AI upgrades starts though.

ive been on thompson cruises 3 times, its perfect for the 1st time cruiser.
