Crp down to 90 (apparently it was high hundreds yesterday, the 240 was a couple of days ago). So, good news it's well on its way down. I asked about going home tomorrow, but apparently won't be til Monday at least. Why does every Dr say a different thing?
Love the Santa fizz TM. Can't stamd champagne or fizzy wine myself, wish I did!
The other patient in my room (2 of us in a 3 bedder) at the moment got her daughter to bring me in a cold can of diet coke, as I was saying yesterday I fancied one. Really lovely of her. I am savouring it!
Pleased to hear you sounding brighter. When you get home and are convalescing you could order some mystery fizz and practise learning to like it
Sorry to hear you won't be home tomorrow but perhaps you'll get a nice Sunday lunch.0 -

If anyone is looking for the overpriced £10 toothpaste from Boots that went OOS earlier I've just ordered so its instock right now.
The nice hair stuff is still OOS sadly
I am still not sure if my offers I activated on the Boots app will apply or if the Boots app offers only apply for instore purchases. I've tweeted Boots but I am not sure if they have anyone manning the desks over the weekend.
so I've got boots cheapest shower gel for 68p which has 75 points on my app so technically free, I got loreal gel wash but it said it was part of a 3 for 2 offer so I got another and some vitamin c and zinc tablets so it took £3 off the total - the app will or should give me £2 back. Plus the over priced toothpaste but the app should give me extra points for dental care and also for spending over £15
My total so far is £16.74 and I remembered TCB so I have 95p in the pending list - I am not sure what percentage that is, its very confusing the variants of cashback for Boots.
so far I have got 774 points so not too bad, just have to figure out what the end total should be.
I collect tomorrow so I suppose only then will I know how good or bad this experiment has been.
also the Boots I am collecting from is on a shopping park and has a little marks so I can have a look at the dine in meals to see if they have what I need and any reductions, also an Aldi, always a few bits needed from there. And I can go to Mr !!!!!! on the way back for noodles - this is looking like a plan.

Just to add Thomson is free all inclusive upgrades rather than just free drinks:

Does anyone here have any experience of Thompsons Cruises ? They do look fairly cheap and cheerful and I was thinking that they might be worth a try for a first timer - I'm quite happy with an inside cabin but the AI would be useful. And they fly from Bristol which is handy. Thopsons are not one of my favourite operators but the cruises might be worth a try. I'm not sure when their 'Summer' for the AI upgrades starts though.ELITE 5:2

My inlaws did a 14 night one with them last year and really enjoyed it. They've been looking for one for September or October this year but not had any luck finding one at a price they want to pay (think they were spoiled by the bargain they got last year). They definitely rated it though.0
