Very oddly one of the first white mystery boxes I had in the olden days when it was £3 a bottle I got one of those Santa champers - OMG - that even impressed my eldest :D
It's been hidden away since - I've been terrified of it being claimed back :)

    I'm thrilled.

The Santa Lanson will make a great Christmas present. It's all about perceived value and even if it isn't seen as £32 worth (thanks E) it will certainly be seen as a £25 purchase. Without the Santa outfit it's selling at £20 in T today.

Monopole is my favourite ever champagne. I did a big whoop whoop when I spotted it. To be fair I've seen it in A at £15 on occasion but it stands at £26.99 in T today:T

The prosecco is £12 ish. I've never tried it but it should be a decent one
Vintage cava might make another gift.
Quite excited about the sparkling Pinot Grigio. I'm still trying to find the cost of it but again, should be a nice one to try.

Very happy. I've placed another order.

The way I look at it is......I'm quite often stumped for gift ideas and some of these are brilliant to give as special pressies.....for not too many £££££:)

Good point about gifts and the perceived value - there are numerous people on the Christmas list you might budget £10 for a gift.
Also good for guilt tripping the shameless who just give you a box of milk tray every year regardless of how comfortable their finances are compared to our own :)

I knew I was right to feel excited by that Pinot Grigio. I've just priced it.

It's a Montalto Sparkling Pinot Grigio Brut. £15:T

I would be well happy with that box, especially the cute Santa outfit one. ;) You did well to get 3 named champagnes. :j

Plaza Prosecco is very drinkable. :T And vintage cava.

Only one I would be unsure is the pinot but then I'm not a pinot drinker but I may be persuaded with a bit of fizz in it. :rotfl:

Sometimes you can't make gifts of the mystery ones as the labels are too badly damaged but yours all look great TM. :T

    Still waiting here. :o

Oh you are clever Miro :D A friend of mine visited and showed me some pics and I've been intrigued ever since. And he's been on TV recently. In fact I have a bucket list of restaurants I intend to visit. This will be the second one ticked off my list ;)
I'm doing it instead of just thinking about doing it one day.

Oh he was fab on the Great British Menu, that should be amazing :D

    Afternoon all

Been to A's and done a small apg/cashback shop, nothing exciting but I shall post up my results when they're in :)

I've got a £6 off £40 for T's and quite a few other coupons so I'm going to put my planning head on. It was to cost less than half price, have cashback and generate a £10 PP :p I could be some time :rotfl:
