All going smoothly at last for us, touch wood.

I have took the plunge and followed tweets to slimming world, been going for 3 weeks and have managed to lose 8.5lbs. Even at this rate we are looking at a year before I am anywhere near my desired weight but every pound off is an achievement My clothes are feeling a little better on already. Am off to change my signature to record my losses and hopefully no gains.
