Hi all, I have been popping by for a lurk every now and then but not sure what is going on with you all.
Love to everyone that needs it....probably all of you
All going smoothly at last for us, touch wood.
I have took the plunge and followed tweets to slimming world, been going for 3 weeks and have managed to lose 8.5lbs. Even at this rate we are looking at a year before I am anywhere near my desired weight but every pound off is an achievement
My clothes are feeling a little better on already. Am off to change my signature to record my losses and hopefully no gains.
Will get into my stride glitching soon, thanks for the slimming world inspiration tweets xx
