Really fed up with new Nectar website only showing last months transactions. I requested they send me my transaction history. Four times they've sent me an email with no attachment

Completely agree. I have waited months for Expedia points. They emailed to say they had been awarded on 25/9 but there is no sign of them on my statement. The number of points they say the added is incorrect as well. I just went on chat, their systems are down and they can't see my statement, come back later. I replied to their email and it does not accept replies. I emailed them online and then had to reply to that email to provide all my personal details including memorable name, which, they say, MAY be my mother's maiden name. And all this for £1! It makes hedlan's efforts to earn £5 appear light!

    Good morning Elite :hello:

Sun is out but it's quite cold today. I've been to the farm in my pjs for the eggs  I didn't get out of the car, that was a job for DH to do
I'm still achy and coughing so am staying indoors today. May watch a film but watching Britains Secret UFO Hunters, it was on last night on Discovery Science.

Hope LS Nanny and anyone else having ops or waiting for ops are feeling well today x

Happy shopping , see you later x
