Morning all
Have spent the morning gathering CC points via Shopper Thoughts. 700 for doing a survey in store and 2 via the website for 150 and 75. Not bad for 40 minutes work. With the extra points coupons my balance is looking quite healthy for the first time in ages....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Meant to say last week, i am part of the Sun Perks thingy...and get 5 Odeon tickets per week for the saturday/sunday kids cinema, quite often its only my youngest that wants to go and thats every other weekend so would anyone on here like them as they come in?
They can be used for adults and kids...and ive also noticed that if the code contains 1/i or 0/o, then they can be used with both variations (more codes for your buck)...though i didnt say that...
Anyway, anyone want them, let me know on the Monday...
Thanks0 -
Had a read back but cant see, are the soups still working?
Was going to try
5 x Curry Beans
10 x Soups Sachets
2 x Haywards Sweet Onions
2 x A8s
Are all these vs Morrys?
Thanks and apologies for all the questions0 -

You'll be cheaper buying bulbs and paying £6.99 at Halfords for fitting per bulb than going to a garage unless you have a very good contact at said garage.
Of course you can youtube your car and see how easy it is to DIY.Enterprise_1701C wrote: »The price of bulbs varies vastly from car to car, I know OH only paid a couple of quid for his last time but that was for a Citroen van. Might be an idea to make a phone call or two, Halfords fit the bulb you buy from them for £5 up, do you have anyone else that can fit it for you, not normally a difficult job.diluvsdiscounts wrote: »Halfords have a free winter check that started yesterday and lasts till spring. They check bulbs, windscreen wipers and even fill up your screenwash all for free. As far as I am aware if you need bulbs you will buy them from Halfords and they will fit them for you. What I don't know is whether they charge you for fitting.
Thank you for all your help, Oh contacted the garage across from his works and they said they will do it for a fiver including bulbs :j
Also Halfords is holding a free introductory winter motor workshop
for women only in stores this October. You have to book
This is an ideal session for women who want to learn the basics of taking care of their car and getting it ready for the winter months.
The workshop will include:
Checking Oil
Checking wiper blades
Advice on checking your lights
Screen wash check with a free top-up for every participant
Top tips on taking care of your car this winter0 -
vouchercrazy wrote: »Good morning everyone
Quick question, my car lights have gone this morning, not good when it is foggy and dark and everyone keeps flashing at you  need to get fixed today
How much should a main car lamp and side light cost ?
Oh usually deals with any car related stuff but he is in bed with flu, so I am going to have to take it to a garage, any help would be much appreciated Thank you
Headlights usually cost about £8-10, side lights about £5. Or AA universal bulb kits usually do the job (and cheaper):
