I've got a green string bag just like that :)

    From M&S ?
My turtle bag - also have a pink one & a black one :D
Amazing their capacity - tardis like :D
    :(

Dr been round and explained things, which now make a lot of sense. White blood cell back to normal, which is why I now feel back to normal and not feverish. However, crp levels, which show inflammatory levels are still very high, at over 250. A normal level is less than 10.

That's why I've stayed on the iv antibiotics today rather than move to oral ones. Tomorrow they will reassess, see how bloods are. Sunday isn't out of the question, just depends on how levels come down. Apparently they are coming down, just slowly!

I definitely understand more now. Still missing my kids though and am Billy no mates with no visitors. :o

    My mystery fizz:

    2 x Moët & Chandon
2 x half bottle of Veuve Cliquot
    1 x vintage Cordoniu Cava
1 x Plaza Centro Prosecco Treviso
    1 x Ogio Sparkling Zinfandel Rose :D

Never done mystery fizz before, just the white, so pleased with my first attempt. Or as DH put it, after the Moët, all the rest is gravy :rotfl:

Gravy is nice with a bit of french bread. :D Pre-SW. :(

    Evening all.:D
Ladyshopper, glad you've improved so much.
My fizz arrived today. I got
    1 Lanson Brut Rose
    1 Monistrol Vintage 2010
    2 Freixenet Vintage Special 2012
    1 Michel Gonet champagne
    1 Jeepers champagne
Happy with what I got, so two more ordered for delivery tomorrow:D
I'm feeling much better today. The turning point was around this time last night, and despite sleeping much of the last three days, I slept all night and felt almost human this morning.
Thanks for all your get well wishes.
Lots going on. D's family have told us we are not family, they are the next of kin, and told us to, I quote , ' butt out'
After that they arrived en mass, and thrust the quote for the funeral, all 5 grand of it, at Mum, and asked her to pay for it if you please:eek:. Mum refused, telling them that when D moved in with her, all he had a suitcase a dog and a car, and she had supported him for 7 years, and that it was their turn to put their hands in their pockets. Besides that as she was ' not family or next of kin', and has been allowed no input, no cash would be forthcoming. It was not taken well.
It had been agreed that D''s funeral cortege would leave from Mum''s house as it was D''s home, that is now not happening. The florist that was a friend of theirs is now too busy to do Mum''s floral tribute. Pure spite:mad:
We'll all be glad when the funeral is over and we don't have to see any of them again.
    Sorry for the rant.
    N x

Rant away sweetheart, those people are not worth losing sleep over. Nasty, greedy money grabbers. I bet they think D has money and want to claim him now as family cutting mum out.

Hugs to you and mum x

There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Wish my kids are home alone and I'm missing them. Plus I'd rather be in my own bed. Now the effects of the infection have worn off there is nothing medically they can do to improve my condition sadly. My insides are still healing up, will be a slow process. My iron level is now 9.3 from the 8 it was 3 weeks ago. It's got a way to go but I'm sure I'll keep improving the higher it goes.

I do know what you're saying, but in this particular situation I think I'll be better off at home.

Be patient, don't run before you can walk. Most importantly, take care. :A

I hope I don't get the dregs after ordering later than you lot. :rotfl:

Another good box. :T They must read the reviews as I'm sure if not this box but on another mystery one someone mentioned they only got a half bottle in theirs. I would certainly be happy with 2 half bottles either for nice pressies or just right for me.

TS when are you going to change your status to - got in the bikini? :D
