    Evening all.:D
Ladyshopper, glad you've improved so much.
My fizz arrived today. I got
    1 Lanson Brut Rose
    1 Monistrol Vintage 2010
    2 Freixenet Vintage Special 2012
    1 Michel Gonet champagne
    1 Jeepers champagne
Happy with what I got, so two more ordered for delivery tomorrow:D
I'm feeling much better today. The turning point was around this time last night, and despite sleeping much of the last three days, I slept all night and felt almost human this morning.
Thanks for all your get well wishes.
Lots going on. D's family have told us we are not family, they are the next of kin, and told us to, I quote , ' butt out'
After that they arrived en mass, and thrust the quote for the funeral, all 5 grand of it, at Mum, and asked her to pay for it if you please:eek:. Mum refused, telling them that when D moved in with her, all he had a suitcase a dog and a car, and she had supported him for 7 years, and that it was their turn to put their hands in their pockets. Besides that as she was ' not family or next of kin', and has been allowed no input, no cash would be forthcoming. It was not taken well.
It had been agreed that D''s funeral cortege would leave from Mum''s house as it was D''s home, that is now not happening. The florist that was a friend of theirs is now too busy to do Mum''s floral tribute. Pure spite:mad:
We'll all be glad when the funeral is over and we don't have to see any of them again.
    Sorry for the rant.

Decided to replace my glass high balls as they were looking a bit cloudy and scratched. Given this is recycle week, aside from throwing them in the recycling bin, any ideas what I can do with them.

I've got more detailed 'how-to' instructions for anyone that's interested.

[update - these aren't ones I've done myself ... I wish! ... just grabbed an example pic off tinterweb]

It's really weird I keep expecting Mr TS to come home from work but he is away for a few days he had already left before we were on plane yesterday. I am missing him even though he can be pain in the behind at times :A

Wonder if TM would lend out Mr TM only one letter different. :p

Tell/text him and say that. (Can't do the smilies blowing kisses, where IS David. when you need him?). We are all a pain in the rear at times, it's called being human. If nothing else, it will put a smile on Mr.TS face.;)

please can I ask is this the simple barcode end?

    683149

I remember some kind person putting up photos on the last thread for the more dim witted on the Elite ie me :D so I went for a play on the last thread, couldn't find it.
so then I wondered if I could find my last simple trigger upstairs but I didn't want to disturb the workers upstairs.
so plan C- I went through my notebook and found it under July 23rd - is this the correct one and working again (or never stopped working?
and giving £4 odd back on a fiver spend??

apologies for all of the question, looks like I am house bound over the weekend and the trip to Asda armed with an easy list might be the highlight of it :D

I did the Simple glitch this morning for the first time today, but it was different product.

Got the boxed Simple kind to skin replenishing rich moisturiser. It is a 125ml bottle in a box, BC ending 103948. Worked as predicted comparing to £1.99 and in the 3 for £5.

    This one ...

    I get the message AJ:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    :eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Not looking likely. :(

Dr been round and explained things, which now make a lot of sense. White blood cell back to normal, which is why I now feel back to normal and not feverish. However, crp levels, which show inflammatory levels are still very high, at over 250. A normal level is less than 10.

That's why I've stayed on the iv antibiotics today rather than move to oral ones. Tomorrow they will reassess, see how bloods are. Sunday isn't out of the question, just depends on how levels come down. Apparently they are coming down, just slowly!

I definitely understand more now. Still missing my kids though and am Billy no mates with no visitors. :o

it is so hard being a mother to children of any age and you would be a 'strange 'un ' if you didn't miss yours like crazy just now. They will be missing you too, I don't mean to upset you saying that, it makes it worse the distance apart but your kids know that you need to be where you are to get the best possible outcome.

I truly hope you are able to go home soon but it is possible the doc will want you to stay to get the inflammatory levels down further, they are extremely high.

My fingers are crossed for a speedy downward spiral for those nasty levels and getting a date to go home to your own bed and the family x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
