I was in Ts once when they were throwing loads from previous day that had got missed during whoopsie round. It was very sad they actually loaded it into the blue bags on shop floor not often you see it actually happen. I would have quite happily taken the lot.

I keep pint bottles and when i buy a larger bottle I decant it into smaller ones and freeze. I have had t at work last 3 days with out of date milk and im still alive. I know its against the law but maybe the law needs changing. Its just a waste when there are starving people in this world. Only 1 weeks to my hols.

Another wedding pic. Hubby made the photoframe which was hanging from a tree. Friend of min'e son has just won a £12,000.oo wedding from a local paper comp and she has asked my dd for ideas.

I think supermarkets should be more responsible when their stock ordering has gone wrong and they have a glut of something that in reality is not going to sell bigger reductions need to be made earlier in day to give chance for it to go.

Was once late in Ts and 2 cages of eggs brought out first reduction to 20p but after 9pm no one about to buy them. They had done normal whoopsies first. But these should have been reduced far earlier in day. I think waitrose reduce earlier sure zippy would know.

I don't know what answer is for odd things that are left to expiry.

its normally just human error, things have been put somewhere and been missed then theres an almighty prob when they are found.depends on store manager as well each seem to have their own ideas.the cutbacks in staffing make it hard to get all tasks done so sadly this is how these mistakes happen and was part of the reason i left.:(

New job, no internet access during the day :( very few shops nearby  so very little shopping, but lots of nsds :money:

Hope life good for all xx

On boots website, the description of the gift set doesn't match the picture so not sure what you would receive or how you would stand if given body spray one instead of aftershave.

  • Good morning everyone.
  • Good morning all
House guest is out at the moment so I thought I would have a quick catch up. I hope everybody is ok, seems like it will be a nice day, a little chilly but bright.

We get regular dead mice from one and baby birds when they are in season :(
The wombling cat is very lazy and obviously won't tackle anything live.

The neighbour who these 2 cats 'belonged' to originally finally moved out about 4 weeks ago. Sadly they never enquired where their cats had gone :( They had taken them in from a relative that died but obviously weren't cat people. The female one who the kids have called lady gaga :o comes in the house now and is getting comfy.
The male one, who is the wombler is called Clive (also by the kids) and he still likes to sleep in the shed. I'm thinking I'll need to make him a winter bed. He's very skittish if he comes indoors so I just let him do his own thing. After the neighbours moved out I've had them both chipped and checked over and insured :)

    They're mine now :D

    Good Morning.

I'm pleased that you have finally adopted the cats(i'm sure that if Dotty moved in next door you would adopt him as well).

I've not posted much lately but wish you my very best for your treatment next week.
